In some cases, when they tested the functions of the body of an older man around 70 years of age, they found that this person had the same biological profile as someone who was aged just 25 years old. It’s all about actively changing your lifestyle, and keeping yourself fit and healthy.
- It’s great for losing weight – When you go for a run, you are actually moving your whole body weight at any given time, and this helps to burn a lot more calories than many other exercise routines. The wonderful thing, is that you don’t have to be sprinting all the time, or running at fast speeds, because you burn the same amount of calories running slow, as you would, if you ran a lot faster. It’s just going to take you a little longer to complete the routine. Even different governments, understand the health benefits of running, and they encourage their citizens to do so.
